Welcome to the Bay Ridge 55+ Neighborhood Needs Survey.

Before you take this survey, please read the following instructions.
  • This survey was designed to gather information about our community from people who live in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and are 55 years of age and older.
  • To protect confidentiality, your name and contact information will not be associated with your responses to this survey.​
  • ​The average length of time for answering all of the questions is 25 to 30 minutes. Please fill it out in one session. If you are unsure about how to answer a question, give it your best guess.
